His career began at Khyber College of Dentistry, Peshawar, where he served as an Orthodontist and Senior Clinical Lecturer in both Orthodontics and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Khalily’s commitment to advancing dental care led him to earn an MSc in Specialized Orthodontics from International Medical College, Münster, Germany, and a Fellowship in Laser Dentistry from RWTH Aachen University. As a private practitioner since 1999, he has pioneered the use of laser treatments in orthodontics, leveraging innovative techniques for soft tissue applications and skeletal expansion. His dedication extends beyond clinical practice to academia, research, and community service, holding pivotal roles such as Deputy Medical Superintendent and Member of the Academic Council at Khyber College of Dentistry.
